Mon workout 5-3

Good morning ladies. Quads a bit sore after the half marathon so no leg weights today! I thought about an easy 30 min Nordic track, shoulders, biceps, triceps from PUB, then CTX shoulders and abs. Have a great workout !! And Mari, Happy belated Birthday, hope it was good...:)...Carole
 
I ended up doing a premix (though not picking the premix just stopping when I wanted to and moving to abs) on KPC. It turned out I was able to figure out how long I workout because what I did was a premix just in a different order,LOL!! I also rearranged furniture in the family room so I move a couch and took out a piece of furniture. So I got a workout there too.:+ :7 My orthotics made it where I could put more oomph into my workout so i felt like I really worked out, if you know what I mean. I have been modifying for so long I forgot what it is like to put your all into a workout.:+ :D

Hello everyone,

I did Power Hour this morning before work (subbed the abs with KPC abs). After work I ran 5K and added S&H chest. And did a good stretch.
And now I'm tired.

I did Pyramid lower body this morning for the first time! Whew! That was a cooker.

it felt great and I know it is going to be one of my favorites. I love the ham-work at the end.

Carole, BD was good. I can't believe that I ordered P90X. I'll report....
Annette, I'm glad that the orthos are working.

Danna, I love PUB too, it is one of my favorites.

I did Viper today but I subbed the legs with upperbody, so I can do L&G tomorrow. For exapmple for squates I did chest press at the same tempo as Cathe did the squats. It was fun.
