Mon 5-10 workout

Good morning! I did CTX biceps, shoulders and abs. Then PS shoulders and biceps. Will hit my triceps this afternoon along with PLB floor legs and maybe the High Intensity workout Cathe posted in the "Ask Cathe" forum! Enjoy the workouts...:)...Carole
 
Hi ladies. I haven't worked out for about a week I think. Finally went back to the doc and got put on another med for the bronchitis I've had for awhile and am finally starting to get better. Still up all night coughing so I have little energy during the day. Worked hard this weekend doing some landscaping and I feel it today in my butt of all places!

Anyway if I feel better tomorrow may start back in with something light...something that won't get me winded so I go into a coughing fit...may have to pull out a Firm video.

EDIT: I forgot to say that I got my new CTX Dvd last week so I'm really anxious to do these workouts!
 
Boy Carole you are a glutton aren't you?! I did Rhythmic Step minus the challenge, then did Abs off of MIS and the cooldown. I really really need to work on the 3rd combo on RS I just can't get it down. Since I have had PF I have not done these step workouts in eons so I was kinda taken aback at how much I lost and/or forgot.:-( :+ I had to stop and recover after every combo and let my feet rest. I also was working out in new shoes which is alway a challenge with the first workout in them.:eek:

Hello everyone

I was just so very tired this morning. I can't remember my last "off" day -- it had to be many moons ago. So... this morning instead of working out between 9-11 am I went back to bed! Boy, that was good!
PS I can't remember either the last time I slept until 11....
 
I did Imax2, Firm Parts leg work and C&W abs. It's a rainy, crappy day here, so a good day to do a tough workout!
 
I did Pyramid upper body for the first time! Wow! Wow! Wow! Another favorite; that's for sure!

I wonder if I'll be able to shampoo my hair tomorrow?
