Hi Mommies to be, how are you all doing? Hope you all had a great weekend and are feeling well.

We were busy with things around the house and some yard work, but it was nice and productive. I'm starting to get in "nesting" mode and working on getting things organized and rearranged for the new baby. In December, we're going to paint the kids room (my other two will be sharing a room when the baby comes) and the nursery, then get the kids moved into their room together. I want them to have a good month to get adjusted to being together. They both seem very excited about it.

Feeling pretty good, having a lot of low blood pressure which makes me tired especially in the mornings. Still managing to get some work out time in, but have to do it in the afternoon or evenings when I'm not as fatigued (and blood pressure is higher). I have my 30 week check up tomorrow! Hard to believe I'm getting so close, very exciting.

Here's what I did last week:

Monday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Tuesday – L. Hart FitMama (Cardio-20min & Stretch/Labor Prep-15min)
Wednesday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Elliptical (Cardio - 15min) & QuickFix Prenatal (Toning – 20min)
Saturday –Rest Day
Sunday – D. Austin Fit & Firm Pregnancy (Cardio – 20 min)

Have a fantastic week everyone:)
Stacey

Hi everyone! Tomorrow I get to see the heartbeat for the first time and find out my EDD! I cannot wait!

Last week I took 2 yoga classes and yesterday tried Body Max2 step portion only on 1 set of risers. I absolutely loved it! It was perfect! I can't wait to try more!

This next week I'm going to try and get in some more exercise. My fatigue is still pretty intense, but I'll get there.

Stacey, good luck at your doctor's appointment tomorrow. Your workout schedule looks great! I'm glad your two little ones are excited about their new room together. :)
Have an awesome week!

Good morning mommies,

I know I am late today checking in. I did not go to work today. I didn't sleep very well and was just totally exhausted this morning, so I decided to stay home and I am also very emotional today :-( . Oh well, I am sure the rest will do me good and I will be good to go tomorrow.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun - off
Mon - 30 min treadmill walk
Tue - Body Max 2 Upper Body only
Wed - 30 min treadmill walk
Thu - off
Fri - 30 min treadmill walk
Sat - off

I had a Dr.'s appointment on Thurday and everything looks good. I am now on a 2 week schedule and go back on Monday after Thanksgiving. I also took a breastfeeding class yesterday and it was very informative. Man, it is getting so close, it's unbelievable. I am ready to see my little baby girl!!! :7

Stacey - I am fatigue in the morning too and having a harder time now to get up and work out.

Dani - I haven't tried Body Max 2 yet, except the upper body portion. I think I have to wait until after the baby is born to master it. I would just have to modify too much because I don't do no more high impact.

Hope all mommies are doing well
Kristine :)

Hello Ladies,

Glad everyone is doing well, with the exception of the tiredness/exhaustion. I have periods of exhaustion, usually in the late evening. Sometimes I go to sleep as early as 8:30!! My issue right now is hip pain - can't seem to get the pillows in the right position and I wake up a few times during the night with serious pain in my hip. I'm considering sleeping in a reclining position if this keeps upx(

Kristine - I am on the two-week schedule, too and will be having my first internal on the 27th (I know it's pretty strange to be excited about internals, but I'm so looking forward to knowing when the dilation starts). Dr. thinks the baby may be getting big a little too fast so we'll also have a sono at the next appt.

I'm so excited. My last day of work will be Dec. 15th. Seems so far away, but I know it will fly by;-)

Well, hope you all have a good week.

Toodles,
Trish
