Hi Mommies to be, how are you all doing? Hope you all had a great weekend and are feeling well.
We were busy with things around the house and some yard work, but it was nice and productive. I'm starting to get in "nesting" mode and working on getting things organized and rearranged for the new baby. In December, we're going to paint the kids room (my other two will be sharing a room when the baby comes) and the nursery, then get the kids moved into their room together. I want them to have a good month to get adjusted to being together. They both seem very excited about it.
Feeling pretty good, having a lot of low blood pressure which makes me tired especially in the mornings. Still managing to get some work out time in, but have to do it in the afternoon or evenings when I'm not as fatigued (and blood pressure is higher). I have my 30 week check up tomorrow! Hard to believe I'm getting so close, very exciting.
Here's what I did last week:
Monday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Tuesday – L. Hart FitMama (Cardio-20min & Stretch/Labor Prep-15min)
Wednesday – Fit for 2 Prenatal Class (Cardio & Toning – 45 min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Elliptical (Cardio - 15min) & QuickFix Prenatal (Toning – 20min)
Saturday –Rest Day
Sunday – D. Austin Fit & Firm Pregnancy (Cardio – 20 min)
Have a fantastic week everyone
