Hello all mommies to be!
It's that time again...week in review...keeps one honest!
Sun: Step Fit(w/u, step combo # 1, c/d and stretch only)
Mon: Cardio Kicks (Kicks and Punches only)
BS Upper Body Add On
BS Stability Ball Abs Add On (only part of it)
Tue: Rest
Wed: Leaner Legs
BS Upper Body Add On
BS Stability Ball Abs Add On (only part of it)
Thu: Circuit Max
Fri: Gazelle-30 mins
Sat: Rest
Friday was a much weaker work out than what I usually do and I have not worked out since. I hurt myself SOME HOW ;( in the past week and the pain has only increased with time...no real clue what I did but I need to take some time off to see if it my injury resolves itself. It is not a constant pain but when I move the wrong way it triggers it and it's hurts BIG TIME! And the wierd part is that the pain is in my butt! LOL Sounds funny but that's exactly where it hurts! About the only thing I think I could handle at this point that won't aggravate it is an upper body weight work out which I may try tmrw night...Today I am giving myself another full day of rest though. I am already suffering the "withdrawals" of not exercising...I HATE THIS!!!! x(
Other than that...my next doc apptmt is a week from tmrw!
