Hey Ladies. Anyone up yet???
I woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep b/c I started thinking about my car and how we are being jerked around by the cops!!! x( ;( :-( x(
So Cardio and Weights is up on the rotation today. I will attempt it but I might leave out the weight work for the legs b/c that will probably hurt my knee. If I take it easy on the cardio, I should be able to do it okay.
I haven't even had my coffee yet. I think I'm too tired to make it! lol
