Good Morning Girlies.:)

Well, I'm up early today to make up for my laziness yesterday.:p

Today is a rest day as per the rotation I am doing but I'm not taking one. There are 2 in this rotation this week...I'll be taking the one on saturday only. I'm doing abs and probably some upper body weights today. Maybe some cardio too if I decide to keep my weight work out on the shorter side...

Hope everyone is waking up! Off to get my coffee!:)
 
Alright, alright, I am here!:) And I admit, i am LAZY!!x( I crawled back into bed and DH said "thats o.k, you stay in, Ill get up" but Im to nosey! I can't relax so I stayed and fell asleep for another measely 30 min and I gave myself a headache:-( Anyway,I hope this coffee will do the trick.I got DH to pick up an extra lg for me.Still not as much as you will drink today hahahaha:7

I am going to do cardio and UB today.I am leaning towards kickboxing but you know how I hate it.And I also think I am going to do CTX UB.Just the arm work though.
I just had a yummy bowl of oatmeal with 1/2 banana.I weighed today and I was down 2.5 lbs:eek: When I start watching my diet, I drop the first 5 rather quick but when I get around 128 thats when I will be able to tell a difference in how I feel and look.

Well I am trying to get on, but my computer is whacked this morning. Been up since 5:30am. Just taxi cabin' around this morning...taking kids to school as always, etc. I ain't lazy though!!!!! LOL, Wendy!!!!

I am doing chest/back and shoulders today + ab work. I gotta get those stickers off my pirate costume. DD is wearing my wedding dress for Halloween. She should fit in it well as she is 103 which was the same exact weight I was when I wore it.

Got more cleaning to do today and rearranging stuff. Stinky is making some foul noises this morning, but so far, no foul odor!!! LOL!

An extra large coffee!? Now see as much coffee as I consume in a day...I can't do a big cup at once. It would get cold and nasty before I finished it! lol

Sounds like we are headed in the same direction work out wise today...I hadn't decided what kind of cardio I would do if I get that far but kickboxing sounds like a good plan to me! I just got Kickmax so I can try out a section of it!}( As far as my UB weight work goes...I'll probably do pub since I did plb yesterday.

Are you and DH going out for Halloween or is this a costume you wear when answering th door? DH and I have always went out but I am working this weekend and to tell you the truth I am not interested in buying 2 outfits plus booze.It would be $150 night and I have christmas gifts to buy.But it is the perfect excuse not to go out:7 We are going to do something with friends, I think.

Wendy- I have to warm my coffee up 1/2 way through, which is right about now.I added more milk when Dh brought it home so that cooled it off a fair bit to. I love working UB and my legs are sore from yesterdays workout.I am in the mood to do a long cardio today, like a long run but I don't know if I have it in me.Maybe I will after I get all this coffee gone!

Oh, my x kept calling here last night.Remember the post about the child support payment, well, I don't want to talk about it.just give it to me already!:+ Anyway,he called here last night but I wasn't home.I think he may have been looking for my bank account #.I may have jumped the gun on my post.He use to be a ass to deal with when he was 20 but now that he is older I think he is a bit better.I really didn't think I was going to see another dime from him, b/c that was the guy I used to know.Anyway,he is calling here and I don't want to talk about it...

I would have called him back but he wasn't calling from his own phone # and he didn't tell me to call him back.And I don't know what my # is.It was comming out of his bank # and going right into mine for 7 yrs..I think that bank he was dealing with should have something.I am going to give him out joint account # today.I will e-mail him. I can't hang up on him....not that I never use to}( }( }( Man...we FOUGHT!!!!

I am going with DD to a Halloween party. Yes, I know I need to get a life and not mingle with teens, but I am not just mingling with them. I don't trust her teacher. I am a paranoid mom and I don't like leaving her at a strange man's house...even with other kids. This teacher has asked to get with DD to have pizza and discuss colleges, etc. Weird, he doesn't want parents to come along. What is his problem. Mid life crisis????

I start each week on Monday and make every Sunday a rest day. Feel free to add more if this is too easy for you! :7 I am starting this Monday, can't wait!

The stress I have been under that you asked about... woah, it is complicated. I have been feeling like I have no control over my life for such a long time now, forever it seems. I am making decisions that I am terrified of, getting a job and becoming more independent is huge for me. I have been a SAHM for seven years. My stomach is all in knots when I think about coming out of my "shell." That is the tip of the iceberg.

Sending out good vibes your way. I know that has to be scary, but just take one day at a time. Don't get yourself all in knots, o.k? I am trying to do the same with my DD. If I think of something that pulls me in the wrong direction, I go find something to pull me in right direction....read the Bible, take pictures of yourself being dumb (LOL), go out in public...I guarantee you will find something or someone to laugh at. Now I am sounding like a hyprocrite, but I ain't perfect. So many things to find to amuse yourself. I would probably shrivel up and die somewhere if I did not have a sense of humor.

That teacher sounds a bit creepy so I don't think its strange that you are going.I would go to.Maybe that is his plot...trying to get the hot mom to come along!! Hmmmmmm, every think of that one?:)

Missy- Good Morning. Its probably time that you get out.Im not saying that you haven't loved what you are doing and Lord knows you have benefited these kids by being around and I would like to stay home sometimes, but I think you need a bit of you time now.I have a friend who wants to get out desperately to.She as been home for 4 yrs now and she just feels as if she needs to find herself again.And its not that she loves her kids any less or the fact that she is thrilled about putting them in daycare but she needs to get out of the house.So thats what she as done.She is back to teaching skating now and the boys go out 3-5 x a week and they love it to b/c they get to play with other kids.But she also had a knot in her stomach.I think she felt as if she was ditching her kids.
Its weird that you posted about the personnal trainer thing the other night b/c I was thinking about it the same night.I would love to do a course, maybe online or just on my own.I am going to look into it more after santa comes and goes.I like the job I am at now but it is soooooooooo laid back.I don't do much and when I do its computer work and it takes forever for me to wake up! I work days all this weekend comming and I am not looking forward to it b/c I know I am going to be bored out of my trees.I wonder if I will ever find a job that I love.I think I will like working at the sports store when its comes around to that.I wonder will they make me take an interview! hahaha:)

It's been awhile since I've checked in--just thought I'd stop by with my coffee and see what you're up to.:) You gals are inspiring to me. No way I can keep up with any of you but your w/o's keep me thinking about what I CAN DO for myself. I'm doing cardio (pray for me that I will suddenly love cardio and not be able to get enough of it--LOL!). If I have time I want to do full body weights.

Hey Missy, I've missed you around here--Miss Perky! I don't know what your "complications" are but I hope it's nothing serious. If you ever need an ear I've got 2 and a pair of very tight lips! Taking steps towards independence can be a scary thing. All things worthwhile are difficult and that's also why they feel so good! Just so you know though, being a good mom IS the biggest accomplishment of all. I think it was Jacqueline Kennedy who said "If you bungle raising your children, I don't think whatever else you do matters very much.". Seek out a piece of independence for yourself, but don't underestimate the importance of your role as wife and mother. Hey, not just anybody can do your job!;-)

I did PUB down only and TOTALLY FRIED myself! OMG! I went heavier than EVER and FELT IT BIG TIME! There was a thread yesterday about doing ME 2x and how the gal, Peggy was tearing during the bicep work cause it was burning so bad...well, I wasn't tearing but my goodness, I have NEVER felt a burn quite like what I was getting this morning! Shoulders and biceps were THE WORST! DOMS here I come! }(

Okay, gotta get going with my little guy...BBL!
