Good Morning Ladies,

I guess everyone is getting another sleep in today:-( Well, last night when I got home DH had dinner ready and we chatted about his new business adventure and had a couple of drinks.Then he went downstairs for a bit and I lay on the bed and before I knew it, my p.j's were on and I was asleep:) I think it was somewhere arounf 10:30.I set the alarm for 5:30 b/c I wanted to get a good start on today and get my workout in...and it worked.I think that was the right amount of sleep.:) I did a 30 min run, then one seg from HSC, then another 5 min run, then another seg, then another 5 min run and another seg. I worked out for about 70 min.I was very happy with that.If I have it in me tonight I may do another 30 min run and the rest of HSC, which is only 2 seg.

I am staggering my cals starting today and I am going to weigh myself a week from today and see what happens.

We are cooking dinner here today.Its a newfoundland dish so I won't even bother explaining it to you...but no veggies are involved:-( I can't eat much of it though b/c its one of those dishes, that you could eat alot of and its not that good for you.Its not toooooooo bad but I've eated healthier.
I just ran out to a aircraft and I feel like I did something to my left knee.There may not be a run tonight after all.
This is not my normal shift and there are two guys on this shift that are lose canuns.My goal today it to make both of them mad at me...its not working so far...what can I do???}( }( }( }( }(

Great work out you did! Good for you!!!

Was out late last night, had 4 beers...feeling it this morning. I'm VEEEEEEERRRRRRY sleepy. :-( The night out was fun though. We went country dancing. Used to do it all the time. I miss it!

My eating has been atrocious since dinner last night...I did good all day long and then for dinner I had pizza. When I came home last night I had MORE pizza. When I got up this morning I had EVEN MORE pizza! UGH! x( It's a comfort food for me though and I needed comfort when I crawled out of bed! LOL :p

I'll be back in a few! I need to make my coffee now!
 
Hey Wendy and Lori,

Wendy I ate like crap last night too. I ate doritos before supper and then afterwards I make chocolate chip cookies and ate too much! I am telling myself that I will eat good today!


Hey lori, how has your eating been? As you read mine sucks!:-( I am trying to get a hold of my exercising which has been suffering for a while. It is hard to get a grip on both at one time!

I know how you feel.Its so hard when you have been drinking b/c the next day you feel to yucky to start eating healthy! Ive been there.There is nothing better then McDonalds after a hangover. I don't do it very often, then again, I don't drink very much anymore.When we were younger we were out every weekend, now, I go out about 5 x a year.This year was a little different though b/c of the weddings and the stagette parties:)
Uh..Im getting hungry!

Hi Kim,
The last two days haven't been that great.I still haven't been eating has bad as I use to.Its funny b/c my bad is someone elses good.My bad, isn't that bad.
We had take out Fri night and then we went and got a oreo caramel McFlurry:) :9 Last night dinner was good but I had two drinks after.So today is my first day of getting back at it and I always eat good when I have worked out first thing in the morning.I am also starving when I workout first thing in the morning as well.x(
