If you just sell clothing, you can use the flat rate envelope. I get size 40 jeans in there. I have to sit on the package though or stand on it, but I manage to make it work. Customer likes it cuz it saves money and I get more customers. If you are selling bulky or heavier stuff, then you should just order a bunch of post office supplies at usps.com. You can even get your own customer number and call too if you like. What you do if you sell bulky or heavy items, just use the ebay calculator and it will estimate shipping to bidder. You will have all the right size boxes so you don't necessarily need to know the shipping for that way. If you need any other ideas,let me know. I love selling on ebay, but haven't done much selling lately because gas prices are high and I live far away from everything.

Im back from grocery shopping and I just finished cleaning up the kitchen a bit.Gonna have a good dinner of veggies, beef and rice:9 i should walk away from that meal feeling pretty good and not gross.I was gonna take some chicken out to but I don't eat a whole lot of red meat so no biggie:)

Does anyone here NOT eat in the night time? I always see results when I don't eat after dinner and most of the times I am not hungry anyway.

Wendy- I know what you are saying about exploding.Yesterday I had a can of tuna and 6 crackers for lunch and I was stuffed when I was finished, which made me think.Should we be listening to our bodies and eating only when hungry or should we get the recommended cals in for the day? LIke right now I am not hungry and I have only had about 500 cals today.And I am sure BM burned that off:eek:

I just got done with ME. I did not do it twice today. Just not feeling as strong. We have those days sometimes. It is almost TTOM so I am not surprised, but I still feel great and made it thru the curls and static lunges. I think the tricep work in there is alittle on the wimpy side. No offense to Cathe as we are all differnt, just for me, I could go heavier with the tricep work. I did kickbacks with 10's, dips I like to put a 25# db in my lap and I use 20# db for overhead extensions. The pushups are just evil as usual and I did not do them. BAD, I know. Instead I just laid on the floor and laughed.

So you threw out the shake. Not surprised. LOL! TOLD YOU SOOOOOOOO!!!!
You know I am learning so much about myself. I cannot eat protein bars with too much sugar alcohol in them that is why I like Atkins Advantage bars instead. My family is happier too, if you know what I mean. LOL!

Are you saying you can be hard to live with? Get out of here!;) I ordered some peanut caramel body for life bars with my fat caliper.Im hoping that they are gonna taste o.k.BFL stuff is usually pretty good...should be here tomorrow!!!!:7 :7 :7 I won't go through the door tomorrow...what a loser I am!x( But there is cleaning that needs to be done so I will do that while I am waiting.
I wasn't as strong today either.I wanted to work out on a empty stomach and that is probably why.Maybe if I had my oatmeal before breakfast I would have gave it my all.I was still sweating and gasping for air though.BM actually made me wonder am I in shape? Then I realized what a stupis question that was:) TOOT TOOT!!!!
