I thought I would start this thread, even though I don't know if anyone is around.
Im having a pretty good weekend.Pretty low key.Went shopping with my mom yesterday,went to a friends house for dinner last night and then I slept in today until 10 I don't know if it did me any good or more harm.Im still not totally awake after 2 cups of coffee.And there isn't a whole lot on the go today either.
I am thinking about going for a run but it is a little cold out and windy.This is my kind of weather for running but it may be a bit to windy.I was also thinking about do a double wammy today.Workout now and then a run later when watching desperate housewives, although that comes on at 10:30 here.....yeah...I think thats to late.
Dh and I were driving around and looking at houses today.There is a open house at 2:30 and the house looks really nice from the outside but I don't know if we should do it.I think we would just be teasing ourselves.
Must get going and get my workout done.We may also put up christmas lights today

Well I said I would work out yesterday and I did NOT! x( I will try again today to get back that motivation!!!
Atleast I am starting out my day with GOOD food...oatmeal. Yesterday's eating was just plain AWFUL!!!;(
Went out last night for dinner and a couple of drinks with 2 friends of mine. The one girl is the sister of an ex of mine (a guy I started dating in highschool and dated on and off for 8 years. YIKES! lol). That family is crazy and she was telling my other friend some of the stories...TOO FUNNY! I was LMAO! The look on my other friend's face was priceless! :7
Well....were did your motivation go? Sometimes I think when we are on the straight and narrow for to long we need a break.Eating and healthy and working out sometimes takes alot of mental focus to and then when you lose it we just stuff things into our mouthes and don't think about it.
Im not motivation plus here but I am feeling better now that I have 1/2 of my workout done.I just finished KM and I thinking about getting on my treadmill for 30 min.I think I can manage that.30 mins in nothing...right? See..thats how you try and motivate yourself
If it makes you feel any better, I had a Oreo Caramel McFlurry last night with extra oreo and caramel! I didn't think they put the etra stuff in until I found it at the bottom and I sorta had to eat my way there.Then I help the girls eat some chips...I think I should get on the treadmill

Well I got a work out in this morning...I managed to finish the ME premix I started on wednesday and only got through half of for time constraint reasons...I wanted to add on cardio later in the day but I don't think that will be happening now that it's already 5:30...but who knows...
I ate better today but I need to eat dinner now and don't know what to have...I have to avoid any urge to just shove anything into my mouth. I must go find food before I do something dumb!
I really hope you get out of your "rut" before the scale creeps up All that hard work and Joey as been sooooo good.He soon won't be sleeping as much, you know?
I had a good workout.I did KM and then I thought about getting on the treadmill for 30 min.I took a break and was leaning towards doing nothing but I ended up getting on the treadmill.I got to 30 min and thought.."why not 40" then I got to 40 and thought "why not 50" but thats where it stopped.I didn't get my ab work or legs done though.

Well, I continued to eat well...had tuna with l/f mayo on ww toast for dinner and then some l/f cottage cheese and apple sauce for a snack. Hopefully this is the start to re-newed motivation for BOTH my work outs AND my diet!!! Gotta go food shopping tomorrow...food shopping always help with the diet because there's always lots of good & healthy stuff to choose from then!:9
Gotta go grab my cup of DECAF coffee...I ran out of half and half AND MILK today! I am resorting to dry non-diary creamer in my coffee!!! I always have it on hand incase of emergency!!!
BTW-I got on the scale the other day and at that point no damage had been done weight wise ...who knows by now though :-( ...AND I have not measured the old body fat! EEEEK!
Tuesday is my official weigh in and bf % day so I'll let ya know how much damage I did! x(
