Good Morning Ladies.

Okay, my mood has improved and hopefully it stays that way! :) I think maybe it was too many continuous days (3 for the holiday w/e) of DH being off and home with me! ;) LOL Just kidding, ofcourse!:p

Anyway, I think when I posted last night I was delerious and said that today is circuit...well, YESTERDAY was circuit, today is straight cardio BUT due to my laziness yesterday I may mess with my routine this week and do yesterday's w/o today. I was thinking VIPER since I have been lazy as anything the past 3 days. That should kick my a$$ back in to high gear, no? :) I have to do cardio with it though so I am not CRAZY...I would pair it up with Low Impact Step or something.

Today was weigh-in day!!! I am down another 2 pounds!!!:7 I must admit, Kali that if you'll notice my ticker says I lost 4 pounds. Last tuesday when I weighed I was still only down the same 3 pounds...I lost 2 this week which means...YES I ADMIT IT! I got on the scale before my "assigned" weigh-in day! x( :p }( My body fat has gone down another .7% as well! :+

I must go adjust my ticker now! Woo Hoo!

YAY Wendy. I hope the scale and tape measure are nicer to me next Monday. I have only myself to blame though. TTOM feeding frenzy on August 26/27 really did a number on me. My BF% went down .95% though, I was blasting it with the cardio last week let me tell you. The Viper is an awesome w/o. Have fun!!!

Today is BodyMax for Kali and myself and all that are following the Sept rotation.

How's everybody else doing today?

I don't understand why the tape measure would be bad if your bf went down! WTH!? I'd be pist! LOL But losing body fat is nothin' to laugh at! That's what we are all after anyway, isn't it? :) Good Job-regardless of that stupid tape measure!:+

Hey ladies,

Yesterday was the first day in a long time that I didn't have junk food! Yeah!! I hope to continue that today at work and at home. I think I can do this! I hate sweets are around work all the time. I sucks!

I have to do L&G floorlegs twice with abs and did GS back yesterday. Feeling it!

Wendy-congratulations on more weight loss. I know it feels good to accomplish it.

Jane- I'm scared to look at my scale. It was up 2pds. two days ago. yikes!

I am on the Sept rotation but a few days ahead of folks here. Today is a "40 minute run" for me which will either be a 40-minute powerwalk or step, plus CM #2. I don't like running and running doesn't like me. :)

Hi Kim! I told you. You CAN do this with a little help from your friends as the song says. Keep it up. Why don't you get some 100 calorie packs of snacks for emergencies? I'm up 2lbs. too. Don't sweat it. Hey it could be 20. Right? God forbid. Have fun w/ L&G's. Love that workout. NOT!

Kim, good for you! It gets easier to avoid the junk once you get it out of your system. I find now that I feel really queasy if I eat anything that is too "unclean." It's just that stuff doesn't taste as good and just feels icky.

Kali, BM is sooooo long; I don't own it but I don't know if I could stand a 90-minute workout! Maybe someday!

Meanwhile, the kidlets are off to school (their dad is taking them, which is upsetting to me but it's his year for the "first day" as we swap off). They are pretty excited about the upcoming year, so I'm happy about that. Thanks for asking.

I am so happy for you that you are getting closer to your goal weight! I notice that my scale seems to get off sometimes if I don't make sure it is exactly on "0". It is getting old. Well at least I haven't lost any weight. I think I am going to start eating more carbs or something to gain the weight, but I am not sure how to do it as I don't want to gain body fat. So I will be researching for the right answer.

Ya know, I think working out in the yard really seems to burn off the body fat. I know everytime I am out there hoeing, mowing or whatever, my bf is always down the next day. Now why in the heck does it keep going back up later?????

Marie is right. Once you get use to eating the right foods, the bad foods will not taste as good as they use to and your body will reject it.

I can't believe you and some others can workout soooo early. Good for you though! DH got me up at 4:15am to make breakfast (we are on a budget this week) and it was painful. I almost overslept to get my son up for school. My dd has her own alarm clock and gets up herself and has her friend come to take her to school.

Good Morning,

Today is day 3 of the rotation I am doing. I better check and make sure what I am suppose to do:) Ok I do imax2 today plus 200 jumping jacks and 50 pushups. I just looked :)

Charlotte yesterday I thought it was pushups and it was abhits after PUB. So i got some extra arm w/o in:)

Hi everyone!

Congrats, Wendy! your new changes in eating & working out are really working.

I too am impressed by you girls that work out early. Last week I woke up and worked out but I thought I was going to pass out and had to stop. I think it was because I didn't have any food in me. but I don't want to wake up earlier to eat and then wait awhile before working out so I just push myself to work out when I get home.

Yesterday I ran 3.5 miles. The last ten minutes I walked on an incline (5% abd then 3%) to work that lower body. Today I amm going to run again and if time permits, do some weights. PH sounds good. I am waiting to start a rotation until I get my exercise mats, and boy am I itching to do a Cathe w/o.

Good Morning!

I didn't post on Sun or Mon - we went to a cookout on Sun and I just never turned on the computer yesterday. There's not much to report except that I didn't eat well or workout much :( I tried to keep the snacking down to a minimum (at the cookout) and told myself I'd only eat veggies, but there was not a veggie in sight except the homemade salsa I made...gotta remember to bring the veggie platter next time :)

I did manage to get in PUB up only premix before the cookout on Sun. but yesterday I was just plain lazy - sat on the couch and watched movies w/ DH, I don't feel too badly about that though since we haven't had much alone time lately, he's been away for work most weeks these past few months.

Well, today is my first day back to school! Hopefully gas prices will come down soon, school is 50 miles from home x( , and I have classes 5 days a week this semester...grrr! I shouldn't complain though, I have a home, my loved one's are safe...

I'm starting a slow and heavy rotation this month. Today is back and biceps + a 40 min cardio (will decide later).

Yay everyone who lost lbs and body fat! Keep it up!

Yes ma'am, Miss Kali, I was doin' the VIPER at 8am this morning! OUCH! :7 I still have cardio and abs to do but I needed to get Joey out of bed...that lazy lil' nugget would hang out all day in his crib if I didn't disturb him! ;) He has eaten breakfast, and I have eaten my second meal of the day so soon enough it will be back to finish my work out! :7

HI everyone,
Im back.I couldn't stay at my parents house very long b/c my daugther as school today.
I woke up with the cold todayx( I knew it was comming.I had a nap yesterday and then I fell asleep last night at 10:30 and I didn't budge until 8:30.So I slept well.DH is telling me to take a nap b/c he thinks I am going to be moody later! His saying that MADE me moody!One of my pet peeves is when someone tells me I am angry,well I am in a perfectly good mood!
Yesterday was my cheat day after weigh in and I didn't have one thing in particular.I had a couple of chips, a couple of cookies, dessert at supper...you get the drift.I didn't over do it but I think I have it out of my system.And b/c of my work schedule, we are not weighing anymore until next Wed.So I have a while to go without chesting again.
I had planned on running and doing weights but I am not sure what I want to do.I am leaning towards doing a aerobics video, but I am not sure which one.Soon gonna be time to make up my mind though.

Hmm, Kali, I don't know that it's really "diplomatic" of me; more like spelled out carefully in a legal document, lol. I am feeling very, very sad and weepy but this too shall pass. When you have children, particularly, divorce is hard in ways you never realize it will be and I don't think can really prepare yourself for, you know? I am not sorry to be out of that relationship, but... just sorry.

Anyway, I am such a downer today! I am going to the ladies room to cry for a while! Clearly I really need to work out later!
