Yeah, HIIT while running. Haven't heard of it before? Well if you want to lean out doing ME twice is good plus KPC really does some wonders to your lower body. Yeah, I know you hate it, but if it brings about a fantastic change then you have to embrace it, right? ;-) You know, we were talking about our dogs earlier. I have to say that I think my Specky dog wants to become my trainer. Ya see, she is my running dog. Whenever I go out running, she comes too. Usually if I am not out long. So today I took her just for a walk because it is my rest day and I am dog tired...you know, the nightmare I had plus other things left me all weary-eyed. Anyhow, she is not use to just walking with me so she keeps turning her little head behind her and looking at me as if to say, "You gonna start running anytime soon"? She is so cute and smart. We took a walk down to the stream which is about 50ft from our home. Beautiful here today in Virginia.
