Heh heh..I'm up after midnight again, ladies so I figured I'd start us off!
Today will be circuit w/o, x-tra cardio and maybe abs, maybe not...I am taking a new approach on the ab work. Instead of doing them for 10 mins 5-6 times per week, I am going to do them for 20 mins 3x per week. I have done them 2x this week already so if I dont do them today I still have friday! I think this will work out much better for me time-wise AND it will make Coremax come in VERY handy as well!
Well, with that, I think I will give sleeping another try...my eyes are feeling tired now. Wish me luck!
