Moment of Truth/Fall check-in/Thurs/Sept 13

kali, my back isn't as sore as my chest was! I skipped my abs also tonight. I will probably do some major catch up tomorrow.:p I hope you aren't too sore from those walking lunges!

2 months. Just felt like learning. It's fun. Plus my SIL's Brother is my teacher and we're good friends so my lessons are always a good time. I needed a new hobby that got me out of the house. I just want to be able to pick it up and play.

I'll be ok tomorrow. I'm just pouting because I hate walking lunges. I hate any type of lunges anymore. They're probably what's making my legs get slimmer! I'm grateful, but man they hurt. And I don't use weights for lunges! Maybe 5's! I figure if I start low, then I'll have plenty of room to work my way up to heavier weights. I feel it just fine with no weights and I am sticking with that. :7

Hey Ya'll. I finished the Fiesta of Sweat this evening. Literally, I had sweat dripping down my legs. What a great feeling! My dog came by to lick some off of me...YUCK! My son jumped in to jog with me for 10 mins. Did the 800 crunches while watching Biggest Loser and then ate! LOL! Doing jumping jacks for 10 mins straight is not easy, but I amused myself and did some funky dance moves so I wouldn't get bored. I could not get in the last 200 squat thrusts because I had so much lactic build up that it was ridiculous, but I doubled up on everything else in the Fiesta of Sweat! LOL!

Charlotte I was sweating and getting tired just reading your workout!:eek: And girl how can you do 800 crunches and then eat? Although it is probably better than eating and then doing the crunches.:p


I can't wait till I can join all of you in these tough workouts!:p
