Hey girls,
I just weighed myself and I have put on 2 pds since a week and half ago. I know that all of that horrible eating will start showing. All though 145 pds for me isn't bad, it is nothing but flab! I have a gushy stomach and legs. I think laying off the sweets will help, but I still haven't got control of the high fat foods. But I think I will have to take one at a time. Both are too overwhelming!
Just wanted to share this with you. Boy, I should not have got on that stupid scale! Ha!
