Hey girls,

I just weighed myself and I have put on 2 pds since a week and half ago. I know that all of that horrible eating will start showing. All though 145 pds for me isn't bad, it is nothing but flab! I have a gushy stomach and legs. I think laying off the sweets will help, but I still haven't got control of the high fat foods. But I think I will have to take one at a time. Both are too overwhelming!

Just wanted to share this with you. Boy, I should not have got on that stupid scale! Ha!

Hey everybody, I am back to report I so far have done a hour run and 20 minutes of abs. Which is comparison to coremax THE WHOLE thing the other day 20 minutes flew by.

Jessica-How exciting that you got your mats!
Kim-Don't be to hard on yourself. Just hang in there and like kali said take it one day at a time.
Lori-You can run and talk on the phone? I treid that once when my son called me. He said all I can hear is you breathing and hung up!
Wendy-Well enjoy your big eat day! You are so excited about it that it is cute :)

Lori-I love chocolate covered strawberries! Can you please tell me how to make them? I know it must be simple but what kind of chocolate etc.

Im use to running and talking.I run with a partner (most days) and we have big chats while we are running.We take turns talking, which probably gives the other person a chance to catch their breath.If I start to get a stitch though, I have to shut up:)

I haven't made choc covered strawberries before, I just watched my sister do it.Its pretty simple.She used mild choco bars (like aero) melted in the microwave,layed each strawberrie on wa paper and then drizzle white choco over the top.They are really good.Unfortunately I won't be making any today b/c I can't find any in this God forsaken town! They are probably out of season to.
I am known for making desserts when we have get togethers and I don't have enough time now so on our way I am gonna have to buy a cake or something.Im gonna ruin my reputation!

~Kim- hang in there. Stick with us and don't pick up that bad food and we will help you! Remember one day at a time. One hour at a time if you have to. :)
I only did Coremax 1&2 x( But then I did S&H Tri's & Bi's. I am shaking like a leaf!!!! Feels great tho.
DH said to me "isn't it hard to balance on that ball?" I was like WTH do you think??????????!!!!!!! Men. It's all good tho. I feel great.
~Terri- Good job w/ the run and abs. No REST DAYS for the wicked right?}(

Tomorrow is rest day on the rotation but I'll end up doing something. Unless I'm really sore which very well may be after today.

Wow. Everyone must be having fun today! It's so quiet in here this afternoon! That's good. At least some of us have lives. ;-)

Nothing going on with me. Just hanging out with the family. DH is working on his Harley; it's still not fixed. I really miss riding it. I can just imagine how he feels.

Oh well. Hope you're all having a great afternoon!

Hey Kali,

Just got back not long ago watching dh and my brothers play basketball. My SIL and I were gabbing while they were sweating and huffing the whole time. I did manage to get my cleaning done and just need to fold clothes now. I feel pooped already! Since I've been running around I will probably do today's workout tomorrow and today will be my rest day. Due to my brother inviting himself over to eat and watching the race, I will have my hands full! And I swear I am not trying to get out of cormax! He!He!


One good thing is that I have not ate any junk food or sweets to day! I am not even going to make him any dessert! He will have to ride to DQ!


So tomorrow I will have to let ya'll know how coremax went. I will do it first thing in the morning.


Girl you ride on a motorcycle? How cool! I am scared to death of any motorcycle. Do you ride with your husband or can you drive one yourself? You're a biker girl!

Hi Guys,
Just got back from supper.It was an early supper,which was great and there was no drinking afterwards.It was also a very healthy supper.Minus the cheesecake that yours truely brought:9 It was good but I don't think I have the sweet tooth that I once had.
I was gonna go for a run but I think I am going to watch a movie instead.Its still raining here.Makes me want to stay inside and put my pj's on.

I don't know if anyone is up to read this now so I might be "talking" to myself but I just got home about a half hour ago from a night out with my best friend. Dinner and drinks with NO MEN AND NO KIDS! }( It was nice. We sat and BS'd and didn't have to worry about anything! DH stayed with Joey...actually DH's father came down and they took Joey to the boardwalk this evening.

I had 2 beers at dinner and was pretty lit! It's obvious how little I drink these days! LOL So I switched to coffee pretty fast...I have things to do tmrw so I can chance any kind of a hangover at all.

Today was my big cal day and we went to Houlihans for dinner. They only had an atkins menu so I couldn't really count my cals but I had about 800 left to play with when I went to dinner (I did that purposely) so I think I did okay. I'm sure what I ate was far more fatty and had more cals than if I had made something similar at home but it was DELISH!:9 It was called Vegetable Panini...it was grilled veggies on panini bread with provolone cheese and some kind of tasty sauce. It was AWESOME! It came with fries and I didn't touch them! :7 Nor did I even THINK about dessert! Tomorrow it's back to being strict AND back to my work outs! Play time is officially over.

Hi everybody, it is a couple of minutes until midnight and I haven't been in long from the wedding I went to. There was a pig pickin afterwards but I planned well today on fitday before I went and ate one calorie under my 20% mark. Woohoo. That includes the "small bite",and I do mean small, I took of the wedding cake. It was just enough to pinch between my fingers and that is all I had. I didn't even want a piece. I didn't question why either!!!!!

DH's cousin always makes this SF FF dessert with chocolate pudding, light cream cheese, and SF cookie crust. I had a serving of that. I danced for three hours, so along with that and IMAX1 this morning and eating within my limits, I am feeling pretty good about today. Tomorrow is my big calorie day and I kept that in mind today. I kept telling myself what fun it will be to eat the right kinds of foods tomorrow and get to eat a lot as opposed to scarfing down a big piece of cake and having to count today as the big calorie day because of it. I decided a piece of cake wasn't worth it. This was a huge victory for me and part of the new strategy I have employed to try to get my binge eating under control, although it usually only happens during TTOM, I do have a problem at events like this getting out of control when there is an abundance of sweets around. I feel so good about myself right now!!:) :)
 
Good Job Jane and Wendy. I am bored and rstless at a little after 10 pm here so I am going to do an imax even though I ran today!

Terri, I'd keel over if I tried IMAX that late!! It is 12:30 a.m. here and I am sort of keyed up. It must be that three hours of dancing I just did. DH's family really know how to throw a party.
