I noticed you weren't on this morning and meant to write to you and see if anything was wrong, then my day went crazy.
I hope you feel better soon, don't push with the exercise......if you have to skip today, just catch up with us tomorrow. You don't want to injury yourself or cause an additional pain that you don't have to be in !!!!!!

I hope you know if you feel depressed and want to talk about it you can pm me anytime!!

Hey girls,

Just got home from work and PT. Boy am I tired, but very psyched about this rotation. It helps my buddies are doing it too!:p At PT today they said I would have to stop babying my foot now and try to do things on it. They wanted me to do some leg presses on the machine, and even I knew that would be stupid. She didn't read though that I have to do standing toe raises without pain before I can do that. So I couldn't go very far with the raises, but I will keep practicing!


Lori-girlfriend guess what? I didn't eat any junk today!:p I am so proud of myself. I have made it so far. It should be easy to go the rest of the night. Sh*t I'll take a dvd over thongs any day!:7 How have you done today. I'm sure you have done good! You have been eating better than me for a long time huh? I am eating lasagna and veggies tonight and that's it. Unless I have a bannana protein shake.

Kali- what's up? I know you're happy over those new dvds. I hope you enjoy them!:) It's a great feeling to recieve a cathe workout. I'm off to do GSBSB myself.

Jane-I'm sorry about your arm swelling. Does this happen often? I know you have said you had to give yourself shots. I hope everything gets better.


Wendy- How was your day? I think you said you did some of todays rotation last night. Did you feel sore? I am not looking forward to it. But I need to tone up these flabby arms!

Hey Kim, Becky, Kali, everyone.... I have decided not to push it. I am going to take a walk for my exercise today. I'll just pick up with the rotation when I am able. I can't even handle a 5# weight in my right hand due to my wrist, my left isn't quite as bad. I am not going to obsess about this, this has happened before and I just laid off all out Cathe weights until I could handle the weights without too much pain, today it not that day. I really hate I am on a rotation though, that almost makes it worse than when I was doing my own thing but I'll pick it up when I can. I know from experience, this won't be the last time this happens, so I have to deal to with it, I have no choice. Have a nice night everyone, I am going to feed the horse then go walk with my dog Jasper.

I'll see what I can do tomorrow, one day at a time. I'll probably be able to do IMAX3 if my feet and ankles don't start this mess too.

Just finished GSBSB. Wow! I forgot how much them bands burn! Gosh my arms were shaking off!:p So I have the treadmill or the bike to do. I'm going to see how the treadmill does for me.


Jane please don't let it get you down. We are all here for you! I get depressed enough for all of us! Seriously, just talk to us if you start feeling down. You will be better soon!

Well tomorrow is Imax3. I don't have that one so I'm going to do Imax1 for the 1st time! OY!!

Hello everyone,

Walked for 5 mins. on the treadmill very slowly and rode the bike for 10 mins. I had to stop the bike due to my hip on my bad foot side is killing me.x( They put a heel raise in that shoe so it makes me uneven. when my orthotics come I won't have to wear the heel lift in there.



So I enjoyed the first day of the rotation. How did everyone like it?

I liked it too Kim. I think it's gonna be a great rotation especially w/ so many of us doing it.
Sorry your side is hurting you. That rots. You and our Jane. I wish there was something I could do for both of you so you could both be 100%.

Yeah, I feel good about not eating junk today. I have drank water all day also. I am determined to get some of this fat off, and tighten up my belly and arms.

Girl, Imax1 is intense workout. It being done on 8inches makes it a killer workout. I haven't done it in ages. You will enjoy it!

We are posting at the same time. Since I can't do Imax 3 I have scheduled to do L&G floorwork,and 30mins.on the bike. I might put abs in there, it just depends on the time. I will put legs with the cardio days just to keep them going.

Kim- Eating was good today.I had a bowl of soup and a roll for my dinner so I am thinking that I am going to be hungry soon!

Kali- Things are looking good hey? Including you! Good job on the weightloss and the job!

Sounds like everyone had a gooday.My workout was good and so was my eating.I just got back from a walk with a friend and we were cruising.I think I did my legs in today:) We will know more tomorrow though when I crawl out of bed.Oh I think tomorrow is crazy workout day again!:)

I'm joining the check in thread because this is a rotation I am actually very interested in. I dont have all the videos but printed the rotation out and wrote down all of my substitions already.
Finished Gym Syle shoulder, back and biceps this evening after work.
