Good heavens! It looks like all of you have been busy with some awesome workouts today! I just got home from work, PT and getting ready to take my DD over to her cousins house. Boy I am pooped!
Kali- I will have to admit that I have been cheating on the eating. It is really hard after two months of eating horrible. I've only gone one day this week with eating clean. I have really tried, but I think when it comes down to picking up that food I am not trying as hard as I should. I am trying but not hard enough! I can admit that!
Do they have a challenge for clean eating? Heck I need a big one!
But one good thing, You ladies have motivated me to be consistent with my workouts! Now if I could just get that junk taste out of my mouth!
Terri- Girl,I will let you know how the coremax's come. I have only done this once! Also if you or any of the others can help me with some substituting moves. Cause of foot, I can't do planks on ball or floor because I can't be on my toes. I think those might be called pikes. Well I know on the floor with planks I will probably stay on knees. so do you have any suggestions on the moves so they can still be challenging to me. I know you ladies have ideas running around it you heads.
Charlotte- I am going to do that coremax killer tonight and then crawl back to the computer to let all of you know how paralyzed I am!
Hey Jane- Couldn't read everything, but I think you went for a run this morning. What else did you do today in the exercise world?
