Moment of Truth/Fall Check-in Friday - Sept 16

Thanks Terri, I know I shouldn't worry so much and I am not over the edge with worrying about something.But I know that someday I am gonna look back at what my body looks like now and I will probably wish that I looked like that again:) I just know that my workouts are not to blame and I was doing so good with eating but one cheat day always throws me for a loop.If I can have a treat but yet,deprive myself of some of it, then I will feel like I am still in control.Like getting a McFlurry but not eating it all..you know what I am saying? But tomorrow we are starting fresh again and I told her that I am not having any treats until I get to 125 lbs:) And if I want a treat bad enough, then I will work even harder to get to 125. I find that cravings deminish with time and when I reach 125 I probably won't want anything anyway.

I am at work now.Night shifts all weekend.It shouldn't be to bad though. I think I may rent a movie tomorrow night.And I have a book to read tonight:) That should put me right to sleep.

Yes, I am ALIVE! I feel sooooooooooo good right now after ME twice. I have been eating like a hog today and I think my stomach is eating itself....like the food is acid burning the fat. Anyhow, I posted all the details of ME twice...check it out! I feel like a 2 year old on sugar right now! If it weren't storming outside, I think I would go for a run. So what else should I do then?
What workout did you do today? I forget.

Hi Ladies.

Sorry I haven't been on most of the day...don't even have time to read through the threads so for all I know, none of you missed me! LOL :p

But anywho...had a bad day today...I was *very* unhappy this morning not to mention busy with everything going on this weekend. x(

Now for the GOOD news! I talked to DH and he is buying me the new dvds as part of my Christmas gift so I pre-orderd them a little while ago! That made me happier!!!:7 :+ :7 :+
I still want to get RS and a couple more of the Hardcore series but I think I will ask for them from someone else as DH probably doesn't want to buy me ONLY work out dvds for Christmas and our spending limit will be quite low this year...

I never got to my work out today and my eating is awful! I haven't eaten awful foods, just not nearly enough. I ate breakfast at 10am and then the next thing I put in my face was a few pieces of l/f cheese at like 3:00pm! UGH! But about an hour ago I had a cup of whole wheat pasta and some cottage cheese...better than nothing....leaving for the wedding in 45 minutes and I'm not even showered yet! :eek: I have dye in my hair so I will be washing it out momentarily and then I have to take a lightening fast shower! LOL

Okay, I'm done babbling....You may not see me again until tmrw so have a good night everyone!

I miss you Wendy! I haven't talked to you in 2 days and I feel like something's missing! :) Don't worry about today. You're busy and nervous about Sunday so I'm sure you have plenty of nervous energy going! :7 Everything is going to go great and you're going to have a nice day. You'll do fine. Did you say you have a wedding tonight? Or did I read wrong?
So what's on the menu for Sunday? All healthy stuff right? LOL! :+

Hey gals,

Hope everyone has had a good day! I have had a long, tiring day. But being friday makes it a little easier. I got up too early to go with dh to doctors and then to work. Went to grocery store and got home at 7:00. Whew! So good to see home!


Kali- it is good to hear you are feeling better.
Terri- My abs, my back of legs are sore. I think the move with the medicine ball where you bring you knees toward you while sitting did the trick! You were doing MIS this weekend weren't you? I will do it sometime. Even though I will only do upperbody that will be a killer! Hey I might do L&G floorwork twice. I will definitely do these workouts one in morning and rest in afternoon. Did you do any abs today? I don't think I could! Maybe tomorrow.
Wendy- twins were a bit difficult, but my dh helped me a whole lot! But you got used to doing everything twice. I remember them being on seperate formulas so I had to put blue and pink stickys on the bottles. And I would have 20 bottles lined up in the refrig. Everything was in two's most of the time. Except for the clothes they wore. Son would not appreciate the dress! He!He! They will be fourteen in two months and I can hardly believe it! where does it go?

Charlotte, I am going to do that rotation you posted. It looks awesome! I will improvise for the cardio, but I will come up with something. I will start this tomorrow and I think it is Bodymax and cardio and weights. I can only do the upper and abs of these,but I think that can be just as challenging!



Should I have my emergency numbers close by?

I did the FitTv version of RS a little while ago. I wasn't in the mood for KPC.
I was going to upper body, but I figure ME will fry me tomorrow so I may as well call it a night. I did the abs from ME today.

Well I ordered all 4 of the new DVD's and RS DVD. I wanted SB too but DH would kill me. Next time.

Well I just ate 2 turkey burgers in a multigrain wrap, and I still have about 300 cals. to go. Guess I'll have a salad.

I am proud to say that I did not even look at that food today.:p The two I work for went,but I told them to go without me. Although I haven't eaten very well as far as fat foods today. And the bad thing is a lady I work with is making me a pick pickin cake for my b-day Monday. Girl it is so good!:9 Now that is a major killer! but I will encourage the kids to eat most of it.

I have not done RS in a long time! The last time I couldn't quite make it all the way with the choreograghy. Are you doing the ME twice? That would be grueling!}(


I haven't order the new dvds yet because I am waiting for my b-day dinner where everyone usually gives me money. And then it's on girl! And then I will get me a stationary bike. DH is getting me that one!

Good girl!! I am so proud of you! That cake does sound good. As long as you don't eat the whole thing, we'll let you enjoy it since it will be your BD and all!

Good idea waiting for your BD cash! I already know where my Xmas cash is going. Right on my credit card bill! Oh well.

A stationary bike sounds good. I have an Air walker, (it's like a gazelle) out in our shed and DH and I are going to put it in the basement so I could start using it again. I used to hate it, but now that my legs are getting skinnier I think I'll enjoy it more! Typical aina? At least it'll be another form of cardio and good for my legs which still need all the help they can get!

And no I am absolutely not doing ME twice. I can barely get thru it once without becoming a puddle of jello on the floor! Maybe someday. In about 2 years! LOL!

Sounds like good eating, girl! I just went over to fitday and even though I thought I was getting in at least 2000 calories, I only made it to 1500 today. BLAH! However, my protein intake was 151!!! So I am like Wendy today...not enough Cals! Phewey!!!Painting today took too much of my time, but I am glad it is done.
It seems like I always find something to do even on my rest days.
Did you get everything you needed at the Dollar Store? I love going there for all kinds of stuff.

Oh...kit kat bites! I saw them on t.v but we can't buy them around here.They must be so yummy!
I have already started my "new" cut back now.It is after 12 so full force ahead! I had a little bit of ice cream before 12 b/c I am not having anymore treats until I am 125 lbs.;( Which with good eating, won't take me long to reach:) I bet I would have been there by now if we did have that cheat day 2 weeks ago.We also decided that we are not going to weigh every week but once every 2 weeks.I think we would rather go by the way our clothes feels.
Anway,I should try to go back to sleep for a bit.Although I have a book here that I would like to start reading.
I am at work by the way...if I were home, I'd be snor'in it up by now.
