Happy Sunday Morning Girls!!!

Anyone around today? Thought I would start this anyway.

Well...I found Missy.Shes been planting flowers all week but we still don't know where Sara disappeared to:-( We will pretend she is at her garden as well

Susan, I may need tips later on how to take a rest day b/c I may go for a run tonight.I get off at 6:30 and I would imagine I will be going to my MIL's for dinner.If I have the energy,I may get on my treadmill for a little while


Anyway, thats it from this neck of the woods.I must go have some breakfast!

Hey Lori!

You're the only one around today? I got up at 6:30 to make birdie bread so that my sister has something to feed the birdies when we're gone. Then I cleaned bird cages. Then I started cleaning house. Then we went to my sisters so DH could get her new road bike all fixed up with her bike computer, etc. Then we came home and I made lunch (whole wheat tortillas in a frying pan with some fat free cheese and turkey slices - oh and a little bit of balsamic vinegar. You fold the tortilla over halfway through cooking when you put the turkey in and it gets just a little bit hard and the cheese melts. DH puts mustard on his. Not me. Yummy!

I'm finished cleaning house and now I need to hop on the Computrainer. I need to do at least an hour and a half. DH and I were going to ride to my sister's house and then do a ride with her to Starbuck's for her maiden voyage but in a matter of 3 minutes our wind went from 4.5 mph to 21.5 mph (our wind gauge measures every 3 minutes)! We have a cold front moving in and snow on its way. Boo hoo!!! But Tuesday it's supposed to start warming up again.

I think our group is shrinking!
