Good Morning Ladies:)

No one around yet?:eek: Just thought I would start this and head out again.I am still at my parents house and my mom as to pay for the minutes in which I am on dial up! Im sure it can't be that much but I don't want her to have a heart attack today!

I am going for a run shortly.We will see how I do with those hills! When I return I am thinking about doing KPC but that also depends on how dirty my shoes are...I may not be aloud back into the house! LOL

Mornin' Lori and all those that follow. Your mom sounds like mine. She would be counting the minutes on dial up and how much it would cost her. :7 Have a great run!!

Well - weigh-in update completely sucks!!! I GAINED 3 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH, talk about mad as can be. So, here goes - I'm sooooo sick of being a fit fat person. I can teach a 45 minutes high intensity step class, but can't lose 40 pounds. So, here is my solution:

1. Continue on Weight Watchers, this works for me, I know it - I just need to get/stay focused.
2. Follow the rotation that Cathe has on tap every month, but adding my running and aerobics classes.
3. Pick at least two races to train for and continue running more seriously (I LOVE to run so I need to get back into it).
4. Quit complaining about my weight and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

OK - enough - I'm on track and I'm sorry for those of you who listen to me complain so much! I know I'm back here all depressed about every month - and I'm sorry.... ;( ;( ;( But, I'm finally sick of listening to myself complain, too ;-) so it's time to get serious and think about me!

Lori, have a great run...you always do, right?:) How much longer is your stay at your mom's? I can't believe she pays per minute for dial up! OMG! I would be BROKE if I did that! LOL You waste all of your $$$ just waiting for a page to load! EEK!:eek:

Marcia, please don't apologize to us for complaining. That's what we are here for girl! TO LISTEN!:) You can do this though...I KNOW you can! Get serious and GO FOR IT! We are behind you all the way!:+

So, DH keeps hounding me for a B'day gift idea even though #1)the gym membership is supposed to be my B'day gift for the most part and #2)he said he already had an idea for a gift to buy me in addition.
So I give him inexpensive ideas like a few summer tops in a catalog I want, a g/c for a few manicure/pedicures, a small-easy-to-clean blender to make my shakes in, etc. Well, these are no good...they are too lame for him (WTH!?LOL) so I said to heck w/it and piped up and told him I wanted an MP3 player! If I get it I'm going to buy cardio coach and ofcourse I will be downloading music on there as well.

I have L&G on tap for today along with abs....nap time work out...I slept too late this morning. Going to take a walk to the post office today to pick up some stamps. Gotta get Joey's party invitations mailed PRONTO!

Can you believe I'm here early again? Amazing, isn't it?

Lori - let us know how your body feels TOMORROW after all those hills. I swear I can hardly walk by the second or third day at my Dad's house running all those hills. It's crazy!

Marcia - I'm glad you're getting back on track. You know you can do it! And you know what works for you so quit making yourself depressed and just do it. And don't ever apologize for complaining to us. That's what we're here for - to support each other. And we support you!!!

Wendy - you are a lucky girl! I hope you get the MP3. I just downloaded Cardio Coach on mine so that I can use it when I'm at my Dad's on the treadmill or running outside. I can't wait to try that program out. I also have songs on there for my long rides outside alone (which are becoming few and far between as I am riding with more and more people lately - I do kinda miss my alone rides :) ).

This morning my plan was to do my hill workout on the bike (which I never did get done last night b/c we were at our bike shop too late - but I did get some leg extensions and leg curls in while my sister was bike shopping since they also sell various weight machines). My plan was to do lower body weights after that but let me tell you what - my legs were FRIED!!! I wasn't even sure I could walk up the stairs let alone do walking lunges! So, needless to say, my lower body workout will be tonight. I came in early (since I had that extra time for workout planned) so I can leave a little early and be sure to get it done.

And the best news - I lost another pound! Wooooo hooooo!!!! I have been working so hard - being so careful what I put in my mouth and getting all my workouts in.

Alrighty then - I suppose I'll go work now.

Marcia, don't apologize for whining, like Wendy said, its what we do;) HAve you ever had your thyroid checked? Could that be your problem...just an idea.

Wendy, did you shut DH up? I think I am going to ask for a g/c for a massage for mothers day and get one for my mom so we can go together, that should be interesting.She probably has never had a massage before.

Susan, congrats on the weight loss..I guess:p hahahaha Thats what happens when you workout hard and eat right.Ive stayed the same of course, no changes even though I run my butt off.I could look at my diet a little more, but I always seem to forget that part:9 LOL

I am home now and at work.I was only gone for 24 hours, it is boring out there but I would have liked to stayed for another day.Its hard with DD in school and with my mom working to actually go out there and stay for a couple of days.I will spend a bit more time out there in the summer monthes when my sister is home.

Must go do some work.It will be another queit night here...its foggy so planes won't come near this place:)

Hi Lori.

I'm bored...WAAAAAH! I'm thinking of doing some cardio soon just to have something to do...how sad is THAT!? LOL Maybe I'll put sneaks on and try running OUTSIDE since it gets dark later...HAHAH! I'd probably last all of a block and then I'd still have to turn around and come home! :p
