I betcha that almost every mom has wanted to do this at one point or another! Let's hope it's a lesson that sticks for her girls!

I don't know how she managed to do this for 6 DAYS! All that mess would have bugged the s**t out of me, not to mention the lingering smell . That mom has guts alright . Lesson learned by her girls...hopefully.

I've done that in the past! I've gone on food prep strike when I get sick of all the time it takes to plan, shop, cook and everyone complains. So I will simply stop preparing any food for up to a week Also done it with rules. When I get too much backtalk about bed, homework etc. I've just stepped down and said "fine, do what you want." Which means bed when they want etc. This could have totally backfired I know. Luckily my kids realized how insecure their worlds felt when there was no structure. All moms should go on strike at some point!
