Hi Cathe - First off, thank you for all your hard work on the new series. I know you hear it all the time, but I wanted to know how much a part of my life you have become with your incredible workouts and your wonderful personality. Thanks for your friendship on the forums - It makes it so much more fun and interesting to work out with you and the crew when you feel connected in some way.
Anyway, I have some arthritis in my neck and when I work on the computer for long hours at work or if it's damp and rainy outside it tends to bother me more. Sometimes it also effects my left arm. Othertimes, it doesn't bother me at all. My question on the days when I'm strong on the left side, I can usually lift the same weight dumbells as on the right. For example, when I do dumbell curls for biceps, I can usually do 12 pds on the right and left, same with overhead presses. However some days the left isn't so strong. Is it ok on those days to keep the 12 pnd. on the right and use 10 on the left? I've done this a few times, but wasn't sure if this lends itself to good form being unbalanced. I don't have the same problem with a barbell.
Thanks for your advice and for being you.
