Modifications

The reason that I like Cathe workouts so much is that they are very intense, much more so than some of the other fitness programs ive done. The only thing is, sometimes I have a hard time with some of the intensity and it makes me feel bad. I have a bad ankle, and that limits some of the stuff I can do. I wish that one of her crew members in her workouts would show some more lower impact modifications. That way, if a higher impact exercise just wasnt agreeing with a certain body part that day, it would be easy to continue on without feeling like a complete failure. I understand that her workouts are geared towards the advanced exerciser, which I feel that I am 95% of the time, but sometimes I just wish that there was other modifications shown.
 
I agree.
And showing a modifying would allow us to keep in the flow of the workout without having to figure out 'on the fly' how to modify a move (though we can still continue to do so).
