modifaction for pull overs?

One of my fave exercises for back are pull overs. Now that I"m heading into my 12th week I'm going to have to start doing some modifications so I"m not laying flat on my back. My question is: if I adjust the step to an incline or use the stability ball and lay on an incline will I still be working the same muscles?

Good question, Dana. In Supersets (I think?) Cathe does pullovers on the stability ball. So, I imagine that the answer is "That would be a good substitution." However, if no one here can answer you for certain, then there are people on the open discussion or video forums who know a lot about how muscles are targeted, and might be able to give you a better answer.
