Good morning, everone.
I actually made it through the weekend without junk food. How unusual.
Today:
B - steel cut oats with walnuts, pineapple, soy milk
S - half of a pumpkin muffin, apple
L - big salad
S - same as above (other half of the muffin)
D - I'm thinking potato soup with tofu, and of course lots of veggies. Also a dark green salad.
Uh oh. It's only 7:21, and breakfast is gone. Is it going to be one of those days... again????
