I did really well yesterday. NO COOKIES
That's day one of 45. Eek!
Today:
B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - apple and almonds
L - large salad with protein
S - protein bar
D - not sure - I have to go for a run and I can't eat before that, and I have to grocery shop, so I'll squeeze something in between those two things
Workout today is shoulders and five mile run.
