Moderately Clean Eating Jan 29/06

Good morning ladies!

That huge thump you heard yesterday was me falling off the wagon. Oh boy.... lemme tell you, if it wasn't tied down, I was eating it. I have no idea what happened or where my head was, but I'm hoping today will be better. I don't think it could be much worse.

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and almonds
L - egg whites, lettuce, tomato, lf cheese on a toasted WW English muffin
S - protein shake
D - we're going to our fave Vietnamese restaurant and I'll have yummy soup

Workout - run and ME
 
I had a rather large calorie day yesterday too Shelley from eating out for lunch with DD and then dinner with DH and friends but no refined sugar and I tried to make good choices. Italian for lunch presented more of a challenge, but I handled that more with portion control (DD and I split an entree.

This month has been so-so for me. I've had about 5 days of over-eating. I attribute it to the January rotation. I have been soooo hungry this month!

Today is a deficit day, and I plan on keeping it that way.

So far...

Br - oatmeal with unsweetened applesauce w/cinnamon, egg beaters, 1/2 whole grain light English muffin, coffee w/creamer

Sn - some type of protein smoothie

Haven't planned anything beyond this since yesterday was busy, and I didn't have time to plan my menu for today. I promise though, it'll be good.
