Hi, ladies -
I don't suppose I need to tell you how awful my eating was yesterday. I almost decided to skip entering it into FitDay.com, but I got curious and just had to see exactly how bad it was!
Today I am back on track!
B - millet with walnuts and wheat germ, orange, soy milk
L - some sort of bean/veggie salad. I'm out of lettuce!!!
D - Tofu/tomato-based sort of thing. I haven't exactly decided yet, and I'm on vacation, so I get a break from menu planning, right?
