Moderately clean eating, 4-17 Monday

Hi, ladies -

I don't suppose I need to tell you how awful my eating was yesterday. I almost decided to skip entering it into FitDay.com, but I got curious and just had to see exactly how bad it was! :eek: Today I am back on track!

B - millet with walnuts and wheat germ, orange, soy milk
L - some sort of bean/veggie salad. I'm out of lettuce!!!
D - Tofu/tomato-based sort of thing. I haven't exactly decided yet, and I'm on vacation, so I get a break from menu planning, right?

My weekend was AWFUL. I can't even begin to describe how awful it was. Ugh.

I'm still off today, and when I'm off, I don't plan and when I don't plan... wellllll, you know.;)

Let's try:

B - mixed cereal with soy milk and banana
S - apple and toast with pb
L - WW tortilla with ff refried beans, salsa and cheese
S - cottage cheese and fruit
D - egg whites, baked potato and veggies

We'll see if I actually stick to it!
 
Shelley and Shannon, I bet MY weekend was awfuller than yours! But, I too feel like I am back on track. Today:

B - fresh fruit, Kashi go lean cereal w/ light soy milk
L - hummus on 15 grain bread, mixed green salad w/ soy nuts and raisins, carrot sticks, orange
D - not really sure, but maybe spaghetti, salad
S - banana w/ PB

I wonder if I can lose 6 pounds before Sat? Nyuck, nyuck.
 
Well Shannon, Shelley, Robin if it makes you ladies feel better my report is the same...bad to the bone.

But Today is another day!

B - oatmeal w/flaxseed/ almond milk/1/2 grapefruit
S - organic apple cinnamon muffin
L - Salad, apple, small piece of l/o calzone
S - protein bar.
D - ham, sweet potatoe, green beans

Well today will be better but still have to help finish some of that
11 pound ham!

I did lo max this morning. What a workout. I did the blasts for the first time and my back feels great. I am crossing my fingers that this lasts all day! I even went salsa dancing this weekend with no major back pain. My feet hurt like hell though! LOL
