Happy Friday, everyone!
Okay. Last night I got CHOCOLATE. Finally. The whole healthy eating plan was pretty much tossed out the window for dinner, and it was darned fun. Had tacos at the parents' with sour cream, picante sauce, cheese, olives.... oh my. And then three truly wonderful, soft, homemaded chocolate chip cookies. I do believe I will survive.
Today:
B - steel cut oats, walnuts, orange, soy milk
S - apple
L - big salad
S - either mixed nuts or a muffin. I'll try not to eat both. ;-)
D - what I had planned for last night - brown rice with crumbled boca burger, tomatoes, olives and maybe some chickpeas.
