Hi there, everyone -

Last night, my dinner wasn't all that hot, but I didn't have to cook it. That has to count for something. ;-)

Today I will try to stay with the plan:
B - yogurt with flax, orange, soy milk
S - apple, walnuts
L - big salad with beans and veggies
S - 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese
D - brown rice, kidney beans, broccoli

Today I will have to change things up a bit. I will be out all day so I'll order a veggie burger and bring some extra fruit,raw veggies and a Luna bar (just in case).

Dinner is vegan eggplant parmesean, baked not fried, whole wheat pasta with marinara (small portion) and a large green salad.
