Well I guess I will start this. Is everyone afraid to post today or just busy????
Yesterday went well, not too many glitches. Teriyaki grill salmon was yummy.

Today is:
B - Oatmeal, 1 scoop whey protien, ground flax & soy milk
S - Lo carb bagel and almond butter
L - Tuna on Lo carb bread, apple
S - Protein bar
D - Hubby's special chicken (has cheese on it but just a little)
and steamed vegies.

This morning was an interval run and stretch max...tonight MM.
Tomorrow...Sleep in!!

Morning Paula. Yesterday went well for me as well.

Today for me is:

B - Post workout protein shake, oatmeal with ground flaxseed and soy milk
S - Whole Wheat Pita with Chipotle Hummus
L - Salad with left over ground turkey from dinner last night, balsamic vinegar
S - Protein bar
D - Marinated shrimp, broccoli
S - Plain low fat yogurt with strawberries

Friday's "used" to be pizza and beer night at our house, but not tonight. Gotta stick to the plan! Wish me luck!

Sorry to wander in so late. It's been kind of busy here. The last two days weren't as clean as I'd hoped. But today has been better.

B - 2 slices CROWW bread w/ PB, fruit salad
L - hummus and brown rice wrap, carrots, tomatos, apple
D - Small piece Montreal steak, sweet potato, asparagus
S - banana w/ PB

Today is a relatively easy workout day with L&G. Have a good one.

Posting what I eat here everyday (or more what I don't eat) is giving me stress. I don't have a problem eating clean as that is just the way I live, but my problem is definitely not eating enough for the amount of exercise I do.

B=English Cheddar on a slice of whole wheat bread, tea.
S=pistachios
L=Eggs of some sort, maybe poach an egg and have it with a salad.

Don't have the rest of the day planned but thinking chicken for supper tonight.

A little story though...I like chocolate but I really limit myself to sweets so I haven't had any chocolate for a long time, with the exception of a few chocolate cookies at Christmas. Anyway, I received a box of chocolates yesterday and I had to try one of course. It was so disappointing, it really didn't even taste good to me and they were Belgian dark chocolates with raspberry cream centers, my favorites! Maybe it's part of the aging process but I would have never dreamed that the day would come when I would not eat chocolates anymore.:(
