This means pizza on a typical week for us :7

today
B- wheatena with soy milk
S- fruit
L- tuna with lf mayo on sprouted bread, raw veggies
S- nf yogurt and fruit, coffee
D- Whole wheat pizza with artichoke hearts, tomatoes and carmelized onions
S- a glass of wine or a light beer

* the meat free taco salad was yummy with 'Fantastic Food Sloppy Joe Mix' for the protein

Good morning, everyone!

Today is going to be weird eating. I don't really know if I have enough food to survive today, but it's all I had. I'm off to the grocery store after work!

B - 2 slices ww PB toast; oj
S - Orange; nut/raisin mix
L - not nearly enough. A bit of rice and veggies. I didn't cook enough last night!!!;(

D - Haven't the foggiest. Depends on what time I get back from the store, as to whether I'll have time to cook.

Mom wants to have the family over for lunch Sunday. I imagine there will be a dessert. Depends on what it is, whether I attempt to resist or not.
 
Morning!

Yesterday went well. I ate a lot, but it was all pretty healthy. And no cookies:)

Today:

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - leftover cauliflower sweet potato soup with toasted multigrain bagel
S - 2 kiwis and some 12 grain crackers with lf cheese
D - some sort of wrap - maybe tuna:)

Workout is biceps, core and Lowmax!

B: Nature's Promise high fiber cereal mixed with ff banana yogurt
S: ff cottage cheese, apple
L: salad (spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions & tuna) w/ff raspberry vinagrette
S: baby carrots, piece of reduced-fat swiss cheese
D: crabcakes, broccoli, baked sweet potato, salad w/ff raspberry vinagrette
S: high fiber eng muffin w/natural pb

Will most likely consume a ton of coffee too - I've been up with a fussy baby since 2:00am and now am at work!
 
OK guys, I blew it last night. I was kinda down and my eating got the best of me. Oh well, it doesn't happen that often.
I ate a pulled pork bbq sandwich and fries and a beer (It was lite!!) instead of something healthy at dinner.

today is
B - protein shake
L - salad and chicken breast
S - apple
D - maybe nothing

Can you tell I am feeling guilty about yesterday!!

D~pizza night for us, too

I am trying not to snack during Lent. So far, so good...

Paula, I agree, don't be too hard on yourself.

Well, I didn't eat my planned lunch. I never eat tuna, thought I'd try it and BLECH!!!!! So I'm eating the carrots & cottage cheese, which means no pm snack for me.
