Moderate Healty Eating 2/24

Good day!
OK weekend mode here.... So true moderation is in order.

Today
B- wheatens / soy milk
S- canteloupe
L- out w/ abuelos & DD mediterranean veggie food easy to eat moderately
S- Pumpkin soup from yesterday
s- coffee
D-out w/ DH goal: no dessert 1-2 glasses wine.

Mornin' Judy, and all that follow. TGIF a thousand times over!

B - an odd combo of leftover pancakes, the last dregs of peanut butter and applesauce.
S - Orange
L - eating out with a friend. Probably some kind of deli sandwich.
S - hopefully won't need one after that lunch.
D - Veggie soup with tofu. I made a really good one yesterday in the crockpot! Add some ww, homemade bread with that.

Yesterday went well although I did slip in 1/2 glass of red wine at dinner.

B - lo carb toast, peanut butter & 1/2 grapefruit
s - Apple & some almonds
L - spinach/chicken salad, soup
S - protein pudding
D - grilled chicken, steamed vegies

Today is a pretty lo cal plan for me. I am trying to throw in some lo cal days here and there till I can really exercise again.

B~honey bunches of oats (back to Kashi tomorrow...can't eat it when I have conferences...just in case!)
S~Pria bar
L~half of a small spaghetti from Fazoli's (I can't believe that a SMALL was that big!!!!)
D~pasta and marinara sauce
I will have a drink after work today, but no breadsticks and pizza when everyone orders it and chows down!

I skipped my workout today :( but I will take it as my rest day and do a fantastic circuit w/o tomorrow!

Good day all.
B - last of the cherry almond bread, fruit salad
L - not sure, maybe leftover chicken and rice from dinner, maybe a tuna salad sammich, yogurt
D - shrimp with carmelized garlic (from this months Cooking Light), salad, probably some wine
S - pretzels, banana
I'm going to a wedding tomarrow, so cake will probably be invloved. Darn! Today's workout will be something cardio, maybe StepBlast.
