Moderate healthy Eating Sat 1/21

Well, there is no such post today so I will begin.

B- hot oat Bran Cereal/ 1 c soy milk
S- 1 c blueberries yougurt
L- black bean soup that I made yesterday, and wole grain english muffin
S- fruit and 1/2 ff cottage cheese with splenda and cinamon
D- Garlicky baked shrimp 20 oz. Whole wheat pasta sprayed with olive oil from Misto and large salad
S- hot chocolate (at DS Hockey Game)

PS- I finished reading th BFL for women book and picked up some good tips nurtitionally and mentally. The exercise chapters are for beginners though.

S- sliced grapfruit and orange, coffee
L-Beans
S-tsp peanut butter, 1/2 grapefruit
D-Cream of wheat .. pending because i'm not sure
