Welcome to February!!!
Yesterday I did really well. Managed to avoid binging on anything and didn't listen to those cravings.
Today:
B - steel cut oats, banana, soy milk
S - 12 grain toast with pb and rest of banana
L - Going out with a friend, so not sure yet
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and diced fresh pear
D - kidney beans sauteed with onion, garlic and green pepper, with lf salsa and cheese on a flax tortilla
Workout is MIC (yikes!) and chest.
