Yesterday was okay for me, until dinner when I had a couple of Sophie's chocolates
Today:
B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and whole grain crackers with pb
L - lentil soup, crispbread, orange and lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese and diced peaches
D - egg whites with veggies, baked sweet potato
Workout today is a 4 mile run, triceps and core.
