I just got my dvd today and the cd was loose - guess it got knocked loose - so I just e-mailed snm about it. It was scratched very badly. I was hoping they could send me another one now. Do they do that or do I have to wait till they receive it, wait till they ship a new one? Anyone have any experiance w/this part of their customer service?

Hi Julie,
My dvd came the same way but I ordered through cksales.I e-mailed them and got a response back in just minutes(their customer sevice is amazing)They said they were going to send me a new one along with a stamped and addressed envelope to send the other one back.I told them it wasn't a major rush. The dvd still worked but I didn't want one more scratch to put it over the edge.I got home one day last week and the new dvd was here.It was amazing how fast they worked.
Anyway,I would just e-mail snm and wait for a reply.I wouldn't want to send my dvd, then something happen that it got lost. Then you would be out a dvd.Just wait until snm tell you what to do....unless someone else as had experience with sending things back to snm.
Lori:)

I bought the whole set and this was the case with two of my dvd's. I emailed SNM and was promptly answered and taken care of.

I have to add that while they were badly scratched, my husband ran them through his Disc Dr. thingy, and they play just fine.

I again emailed SNM motion but they had already sent replacement discs out. They were very quick to resolve my problem, even quicker than I could be:) I only wish I had been quicker to save them the trouble because I am still very satisfied with the product.

My experience? Terrific!!;-)

I would get a replacement, even if they play fine. My Low Max arrived loose in the case, with lots of scratches on it. It plays fine...for now. Who knows what will happen in the future? I want to start out with a perfect product, which is what I paid for. Also, if people who have loose DVD's don't inform SNM, how will they know how bad the problem is (CKSales says this has happened a lot with these DVD's. I'm lucky only one of mine was loose).

Also, if you ever want to sell or trade your DVD, no one wants one that's scratched!

>Mine didn't come scratched, but I did get CM with a human
>hair sealed in the cover. Gross!!!

I hope at least it was from someone's HEAD!

You could get revenge on the owner of the hair by commiting a felony, and leaving the hair at the scene of the crime!
