Hi Cathe,
I have a lot of your DVD's and enjoy the variety of each of them. I have also the Xtrain DVD as well. I would like to keep working on your 90 day undulating workout program because I can really see the benefit of it. I would also like to change sometimes and work on the DVDs I have (Slide and glide, Cross Fire, To the Max, Booth Camp, Athletic training, 4DS.) What is the pattern in your weekly training because I don't want to overwork specific part of my body and risk an injury. I don't want to stop, I enjoy it too much!!!!
