Missing exercises in One Rep Max - STS Disc 4

When I go into Workout Manager, then click on the One Rep Max tab, and enter in the information for STS Disc 4, four exercises are missing from Step 2: "Choose from this List" option.
The missing exercises are as follows:
681 Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls
638 Functional Overhead Press then Front Row
677 Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell)
239 Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)
 
I noticed that happening for a couple of the STS discs when I was trying to complete my 1RM. Here is my workaround - under Step 1, rather than choosing "STS" choose "All Exercises". Then under Step 2, choose Sort by Exercise Number. Then you can scroll through and choose the exercises you are not seeing. HTH!

1RM Exercises to test

1RM testing is only meant for standard straight reps using weights, not rep patterns or primarily body weight exercises. You don't need to do 1RM testing for all exercises, just the main traditional ones.
