Missed a week

Hi, just wanting to ask everyone advice on something. This week I was meant to be starting week 3 of Meso 2 but i`ve been ill and now I`m going away for a few days. I won`t be able to start working out until next week now so do you think I should back up a bit or just start week 3 next week? Thanks for reading.

HI!

I think you would be okay to start Meso 3 when you come back, but if you want, you can redo the last week in Meso 2 as a re-entry if you feel that you need it.
