Hi, Wendy! I personally don't know how to use the programming feature on my Sony 5-disker (circa late 2002). What I do is place the discs in the machine in the order I want them, close the bugger, and then go to each disc, hitting "play" at the beginning of each section where I want to start, and continue on that way until I've marked each disc. My Sony "remembers" that point for several days actually, so when I actually begin the workout each disc will start playing where I want it to, and then I just "disc-skip" to the next one.
For the I-Maxes, because I-Max 1 isn't as finely chaptered as the later ones, I just jump right into the warm-up, and use the chapter skip to get to each new chapter after the blast. For I-Max 2, you can use the Mix-N-Match or "Chapters" features OR the Blast Only or Blast Mania premix. For I-Max 3, you can use the Mix-N-Match or "Chapters" features OR the Blast ONLY (and I mean "Blast Only" - NO recoveries and how delish is that?) features.
I hope this has been in English and is of some help to you. I am inaugurating a new I-Max Mish-Mosh this coming Sunday, so I'll be with you in spirit:
High Step TRAINING cardio premix as a warm-up
I-Max 3 Blast Only premix
I-Max 2 Mix-N-Match blasts
Boot Camp cardio only premix
I have another mish-mosh you might be interested in that also incorporates I-Max 3:
High Step CHALLENGE (HC) cardio mix-n-matches as a warm-up
I-Max 3 Blast Only premix
Kick Max Boot Camp Challenge
Boot Camp cardio
Enjoy!
