Mish Mosh Question

I've tried my own mish moshes before but they only incorporate a video and my treadmill.
When you gals do your mish moshes with dvds are you constintly putting a workout in and out? Or do you program something?
Lori

Yes Lori, I'm constantly loading a dvd for those mish moshes. The most number of dvd's I have patience for is 3 per mish mosh. Stopping one, taking it out, loading another, skipping to the menu and clicking the right buttons on the remote seem, to me, to take forever. And when I'm doing cardio, I don't want my heart rate to go down so much. I have dvd's that don't play the first time I load (like Cardio Hits) -- they do play and play well once they've decided to cooperate:) but sometimes it's touch and go. I don't know if it's the player, but I'm not interested in getting a new one since it plays my other non-Cathe dvd's pretty well.

I have a Sony 5-disc player that we got back in December 2002 on sale, and by then it was already obsolete. I do like having that kind of disc capacity precisely because I don't have to juke around putting discs in and taking them out. In fact, the constant change-o with the video player was what prompted me to get the 5-disker to begin with. I don't program my mish-moshes per se, but I know the points on each disc that I can "mark" immediately before the beginning of each workout, so it has the same result.

Sony, I believe, now has a SIX-disc player. OH, HONEY . . .

Thanks, I was just wondering b/c I know I would have to be inserting dvds in and out. A 6 disc player would be an awesome gift for someone to buy me (meaning DH of course:) ) I do have a video and dvd player in one and I still own alot of videos so I could probably make mish moshes with videos and dvds if I wanted.
Lori:)
