I've been doing MIS 1 time a week with Body Max ,Circuit Max and Leaner Legs on other days(along w/ cardio). I have noticed my arms are more defined, my tummy is flatter and my lower half is a lot firmer. I've been doing this for about 3.5 weeks now.
If you did MIS 3x a week I'm sure you would see results as long as you ate well and also do your cardio. Hope this helps - Susan
 
Susan - How does each week go with this rotation?? I mean, which workouts do you do each day? I am trying to lean down my lower half and get more definition in my upper body - the exact results that you are getting!! Congrats to you for finding something that works for you - hopefully it will work for me too!! :)

It's a Max rotation I found at videofitnessfanatics.com.
Here's is one variation:

Mon: BodyMax
Tues: Power Max or Step video of choice
Wed: MIS
Thurs: IMAX
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat. Half of MIC (either Hi/lo or Step)then Leaner Legs
Sun: OFF

Then the following week I switch them around a bit. I always take Sundays off and I try my best to stretch everynight for about 30-45 minutes.
It's been working for me! I plan to use it for a total of 6 weeks. Hope this helps! :) Susan
