MIS workout question

Has anyone ever done MIS as a separate upper and lower body workout? If so, how did you divide it and do you think this worked out well. Thanks.

Hi,

I have had to split this workout for time. I usually do the legs & back and then just stop and cool-down and then that evening or the next day do the rest of it. It works well this way for me. I have pretty good muscle development if I do say so myself.

Most of the time this is how I do this one. Usually though I add on a few more lower body exercises or do a floor workout at the end (like PS floor work or Pyramid lower stability ball) and then do the abs and stretch. I think it worked out fine for me.

My favorite way to do this tape is to combine it with Mic. I do mis lower with either mic step or hi/lo and then the following day do upper with the remaining cardio. I feel well worked out. This tape is designed to be easily divided into 2 workouts.

I, too, always split this workout into legs and upper body. For me, I've always liked the legs as it was an intense yet quick workout. I believe the leg portion is about 20 minutes. You get a lot done in that 20 minutes! When using this in a rotation, I vary this with Leaner Legs and ME Lower Body split premix. For the upper body, I alternate MIS with CTX upper body and ME upper body split premix.

Hi Marie, I almost always split up my upper and lower body weight workouts. I typically do 30 to 40 min. of cardio and then alternate upper and lower body throughout the week. I think I feel more accomplished this way.

I too usually split this one. I do the warmup and lower body, then add in a 30 minute cardio and maybe also some floor work from PLB or PushPull or Legs and Glutes.

Upper body and abs I do also usually after a short cardio as a warmup, ending on the floor with the abs.
