You know--I would personally probably always reach for Power Hour. I find Cathe's style in MIS to be more stiff--I think her personality was stiffer back in the earlier days of her strength training vids. I find the music to be almost nonexistent and uninspiring, and --this is shallow-- her hair and clothing also bugs me. It's just kinda boring. But it is a solid whole body workout.
When I think of MIS, I think of a textbook. A strength training textbook, for the whole body.
But Power Hour! Brighter! More fun music! Those killer static lunges! More like a glossy fitness magazine!
