MIS - I'm getting stronger!!

I just pulled out MIS this morning and my list of weights. It's been about six months since I last did this one and my weights are all significantly higher! (Except biceps which I could only go slightly heavier!) Anyway, it's really encouraging to see some strength gains over time. FINALLY! :7 I've got major DOMS all over!!!!

Isn't it nice to revisit a workout and find that you're better, stronger, faster (like the Six-Million-Dollar Man!)?

Biceps are a relatively small muscle group, so it's normal not to go up much in weight (if you determine your increases by PERCENTAGE rather than actual weight, you might be more pleasantly surprised).
 
Alright Laura!!! I guess this means you can curl two beer bottles per arm now instead of just one each, eh?;-)
