Hi, this is Christi Martin again. I have only posted a few times, but am just now becoming a Cathe addict. I did the legs and buns portion of MIS for the first time yesterday using a 30 lb barbell. When it came time to do the plie (I don't know if I am spelling that right) squats she held the barbell in the front with a close together grip and elbows out. I did okay for awhile, but had to quit when my ARMS got to tired. (Not my legs as should have been the case) I was wondering what the advantage is to holding the barbell in the front versus on my neck and shoulders as we do with regular squats.
