First, I want to say how excited I am about the new hardcore workouts -- and how impressed I am about the forum being continually updated! I have an odd request/idea: is it possible to make mirror imaged versions of some of the workouts so that one can start on opposite legs in subsequent workouts? I honestly don't know how hard or easy this is technologically -- it used to be possible to do this with photo negatives. I notice that the legs are worked differently depending on which one is used first, and I try to remember to do my own alternating, but I usually forget or get confused when I have to go against the mirror image. I find it especially confusing to switch in kickboxing workouts. Just an idea... Carol
