I'm thinking of purchasing some flooring from Gerstung. My question is: what is the minimum aerobic flooring you recommend in order to do your aerobic workouts (such as Drill Max or 4DaySplit Bootcamp) comfortably. I thought this subject was discussed awhile ago, but when I did a search I couldn't find this information. Thank-you, Shilo

I don't know if this will help you, but I thougtht I would chime in since there haven't been any replies.
I got packs of puzzle mats at Lowes. My configuration is 5 across and 4 up and down. The mats are 22" square. I could use another row but am stuck by the furnace/ac unit in the good old basement. Anyhow, I manage pretty good with this space.
