Yeah, I had the same problem, wish she'd just upload substantial clips on her site. Everybody else does, why doesn't she? Might generate more sales...... I ordered the Guns and glutes one because it looks terrific from the clip on totalfitnessdvds.com and has some excellent balance work combined with strength that will surely give Cathe a run for her money from the looks of it!
