Judging from her previous spinning workout, she'll be doing hill climbs (high tension, slower pace) , sprints (lower tension, fast peddling) and whatever the "get out of your seat" moves is (where you pedal while standing, or move from seated to standing.
You could probably do most of the moves on a regular stationary bike, but I would think for the out-of-the-seat moves, you'd need a spinning bike or a regular bike on a trainer.
